Feeling difficult to interact with friends and share my problems, not getting the energy to do the things which are highly urgent. Feeling depressed and alone. Not able to focus on my work. Feeling like sleeping and run away from the present. Negative thoughts is engulfing me,

I'm actually feeling like that right now. But its because I awake coughing and I assumed I was dieing. Weird huh. But now I'm in a anxious state of mind and I just want to run away. My mind is telling me it's something else. But I know deep down in my heart it's my anxiety and acid reflux. Hope you start feeling better soon.

That's how I was for a few months this year. I couldn't function properly or think straight at work. I was always waiting for the next anxiety attack. But I've gotten better by the grace of God. What helps you ease your mind?

Hope you can get outside a little and distract yourself. I know it's hard, but maybe getting outside the cubicle.

Often times, symptoms are magnified as seasons change and days get shorter! Some people are more affected than others. Is there any way to get outside during lunch break or something? Sunshine can't be replaced and the impact on our bodies is high. Force yourself to take a walk-cause exercise will help too, even 15 mins! Lastly, be sure you are eating healthy foods and eliminating junk. Clean eating will boost your mood in amazing ways! Glad you're aware of the 'slipping' now, before it gets worse! A few intentional steps can change your mood within a couple of days!
