Anyone have any information on BiPolar or Anxiety support groups in Idaho. A friend works evenings and is really struggling with finding good support. Drugs and therapy not working.

I think your friend could benefit from this site as they would have support but as a fellow Idahoan I don’t know of any support groups because I am from a small town, I would maybe look into your local ywca or ymca cuz they usually offer something like that, or try a community center, if you live in a bigger town I’m sure they have something but for smaller towns idk for sure

Kudos on reaching out for assistance. I'm not familiar with that area, but you can check supportgroups.com and/or ccn.thedirectorywidget.com/. They have connections to resources in the nation. I hope you find something for your friend.
