I've realized that I need the support from a community to really do some work. I'm in therapy, but need more. Anyone aware of any groups for depression. In SE Michigan?
Can be in person. Or virtual.
Thank you.

I'm sure you might be able to find some online in your area.
I just started attending Nami meetings and they have zoomed also it was really good for me I attended tea so far I couldn't make it for the third one they have like
I really enjoyed the two meetings I went to they are very supportive and I'm pretty sure they might have it in the state where you are in I mean if you'd like me to look it up for you I can
I was in a support group called seven cups in my experience there I was bullied a couple of times and I would never go back there and for you though but I prefer this support group
Check with your local NAMI chapter, they have groups and resources available and if they don't have an active one right now they can probably refer you to one.
I'm in the US but for a little while was on a virtual support group out of Ontario Canada. It was through Live Well Foundation. You can Google them, there may be more chapters. Everyone was really nice and it was very helpful. Yes, as others have said also check out NAMI.
