Work causing anxiety

I’m new to this. I was recently diagnosed with depression mainly caused by my work schedule. I work 2 weeks straight in the interior with extremely limited social contact and limited network coverage. After those 2 weeks i get a week off. But my social life has been neglected by this work schedule and i just realized this now. I’ve been doing this for 7 years now. The thing is, i am really good at my job but i don’t like it anymore. And finding a new one is hard. I’m really trying to push through until i find something else, but it had caused me anxiety and a lot of sadness. I am constantly scared.

What is your work? Sounds like you need to get outside more and start looking for hobbies you like with people you enjoy- more a a balance.

I am sorry you are experiencing this and you are not alone. Can you talk with your employer concerning your work schedule to see if they can assist with something different? I will be praying for you. Take Care and God Bless!
