You know I really enjoy naps, how about anyo else, you like naps too👒. Ok so earlier I was in great space, then the panic boogie man was on my shoulders, wow! I don't know about anyone else but sometimes I'm able to hit the switch and reboot, start my day all over. I'm not sure what I was panicking over, but I'm sure I'll figure it out. I love naps. I need naps. Nearly 4 years on little sleep with my twins they are a lifeline.
I love naps too! Oh yes my boogie man does the same thing. Fine one minute, gripping me with crushing anxiety the next. Music is wonderful. I recently read that listening to and singing along with 10 songs a day drastically increases one's happiness 😊
