Can you recommed a self-help book?

Ive been wondering if you dont know any good self-help books. I have read books like You can heal your life,etc but these are more positive-thinking oriented books. Im looking for more psychologically oriented books with some bad ass exercise 😃I can do at home.if you have any suggestions and recommendations, please feel free to mention them below. 😊Many thanks 🙏

I recommend these two: Feeling Good: The New Mood Therapy by David Burns and The Happiness Trap: How to Stop Struggling and Start Living By Russ Harris. I found them on this list:

Thank you 🙏 I will search them up and maybe buy something. I recently bought Healing Development Trauma by Laurence Heller & Aline Lapierre, but I haven’t opened it yet. 😀
