I have spend a good deal of the morning reading your kind and loving responses to the people here struggling with troubles. I am touched by your strength and kindness.

I listened to "She Let Go". I can't make it through half the poem. My heart begins to pound, and I cry and hate myself. I am so proud of you for being brave enough to really hear this message. Maybe one day...

Also, I am sorry the poem brought you to tears! It definitely was not meant for anyone to feel like they hate themselves either. I’m sorry that this happened. But, yes, maybe one day. I will have to put a trigger warning on there.
