Hi barb08

I have been having trouble sleeping myself. Here are couple of things I try.

1. Try to do some yoga meditation and breathing before going to bed. It sometimes help.

2. I go for a run in evening to tire myself so I can sleep better. (This works to get sleep initially but if I wake up in the middle of night it's difficult to go back to sleep)

I hope this helps you

Hi barb!

You’re probably feeling a little down because you haven’t been sleeping well...I have the same sleeping problems. I hate it 😤 I also have restless legs syndrome and that’s what primarily prevents me from sleeping. If you can figure out a way to sleep, you will feel better. So hard to do...I know 😟 Everyone is so different in what works for them. Message me if you want to talk further about this...I would be delighted! Have a great day! 🙂
