Introduction- Back In College

Hey, I had anxiety and depression since I was little. I started to get more anxiety than usual lately ever since I started college again and I understand why but it can get frustrating sometimes because when I want to focus on studying, I end up over thinking things and I get flashbacks. Then when I over think things, it can get off track too. I've been talking to my therapist about this and we are working to make it better. I'm ready to figure out other things that's been going on with me so I can live a better life.

Well sounds like you are pretty smart and are on right track 👏🏼you have therapist helping you that’s great and good your posting here as well! It’s tough I know I’m dealing with it to!! But honestly you sound like you’re doing right things to work on it!!

I think most 'normal' people feel some anxiety at college, too. Getting help from a therapist to help learn to 'manage' it is very, very smart!
