Just took my abilify 2 mg and I am SOOOO terrified I’m going to feel horrible in the morning or die in the middle of the night.. or end up in the hospital with a massive reaction like I did with cymbalta last year.
Might sound dramatic but this is how irrational my brain is 😞 I just want to feel better and I’m so afraid right now...

I took Abilify and 2mg is a pretty low dose. I also have a massive fear of bad reactions to medications. I had a bad reaction to Wellbutrin. Abilify is a good
You’ll be ok. The doctors know what they’re doing. You might feel out of sorts in the morning but you’ll be ok. None of us like new meds but it’s great when these meds work for us. Keep us posted on how you feel tomorrow. XO and sleep well.
I woke up every hour panicking and freaking out about how i felt.. which i dont think was much different from usual but im definitely looking to feel like crap and im anticipating the worst side effects.. im a ball of nerves this morning.
I'm on 10mg Rachel and I'm doing fine with it. I have had no problems. I think you will be okay with 2 mgs. Think positive. Maybe listen to some calming music, read a book, or meditate. Anything to calm yourself and take your mind off of it.
yeah that's the problem is i cant seem to take my mind of my problems.. ever! and thats why she prescribed it for my ocd to sort of help combat the obsessive/irrational thinking which then leads to these god awful symptoms i'm glad youve had no problems though! ive read a lot of really good responses from people who take this medication.
i hope you are okay too!! i hate waiting for test results... it's my least favorite thing ever. i know how scary and nerve wracking it is. just try to hang in there it'll all pass soon ❤️
