I know it's tiring trying to sort out the Various pressures that exist in your life. Sometimes it means getting away from them take a long bath a long hot as you can get it bath .Try not to think of anything except the hot water and your breathing. Hope things get better for you. You’re stronger than them and you can deal with anything. Find something that you can focus on and quiet them when it gets loud. Sometimes when I’m trying to go to sleep but my thoughts are too chaotic I count sheep so it drowns them out
