I hope everyone is having a good day! I found another article that I want to share. Numbers 6,7&8 are so important to find your network with your therapist, psychiatrist, medications and being with “safe” people who can handle discussing your mental problems. And number 11 remember one day at a time. We tend to worry so much about the future and wonder if this will be forever. We are delicate and need to just be in the “now.” Number 14 also stood out because we need to check in with people to see if we’re acting different. Number 15 is most important to me. Communicate your needs to your friends, your partner and even your supervisor. It’s good to keep them in the loop so they can be more understanding. And number 18 Accepting myself as a work in progress. Don’t settle for the life people might expect us to have. All 18 are great ways to function well with mental illness. I hope you guys enjoy reading the article as much as I did ❤️
