Hi! Since anti dep doesn’t work for me (too many side effects) so I have found some alternatives I want to recommend:

-From the brand Thorne: 5-Hydroxytryptophan

No side effects and bringa up my mood.

-From the brand Neuro Biologix: Calming cream

No side effects and makes me calm, removes anxiety.

Try a combination of those two. It has given me a better, more stable life combined with no sugar/alcohol/junk food when the pms period is approaching. I also cut out gluten.
