Nobody cares about the pain I go through.

Nobody cares about the demons in my head telling me that I’m worthless and that I should hurt myself.

it can feel like that when we are in the despair of this disease....but if you look back on all the kind comments and caring comments that people took the time, just for you to post, you will see that people do care....re-read those comments and the ones your getting here now and know that there are people who care about you...your not alone....we do understand those feelings.....keep reaching out.

I think that those around us do care, they’re just at a loss as to how to help us and it appears as if they’re ignoring us. The work we need to do to help ourselves can’t be done by others anyway. I have found that those around us respond better when we project some positivity and desire to get better. They just can’t handle our dark side. Work on yourself and forget about being understood by other people because it’s not going to happen. Think on what you’re grateful for, even if it’s very small. Being grateful will help squash your feelings of self-pity. Get out and help someone less fortunate than you and watch your self-esteem rise. Being happy requires action! Wishing you the best!!
