Hello everyone. I’ve always been an avid weightlifter- bodybuilder. This morning I did workout but I really really struggled. I’ve been overly anxious and worrisome lately and I think it’s really affecting me physically. I did try and push through my training session and as corny as this may sound I pulled up the Rocky 2 training montage for motivation. I struggled and struggled and kept pushing and forcing myself. I felt not as strong as usual, but achy with joint pains. I finally was able to endure the pain, but I finished. I wasn’t happy st all. I hate working out like this morning and not having a good training session. I usually train one day on one day off but tomorrow I will train again. Thank you all, blessings. Samson
