Missed therapy session

l missed the 1st of my latest 6 free therapy sessions on video call, page would not work. I was put down as a no- show.

My day is all put out now. Don't know if they will offer me a new appointment.

I'm so sorry. I can really empathize with that one thing putting your day out of whack. I've done this to my doctor more than once and it made me feel like trash every time.We all make mistakes, Roxy. It's okay. It's going to be okay. You're going to be okay.

Easily done don’t beat yourself about it ,say you’re not very techy and you want the next appointment

Absolutely call them! The therapist wouldn't know if your browser wasn't working. Not your fault.

Sometimes I skip the email if they even have a phone line. It is just easier to negotiate that way.

I'd ask if this were to happen again, that if you could just do a normal phone call remote session?
