Hi barb08, I know it's horrible when you feel a bit stuck in negative emotions but it won't last forever. It's hard to see the light at the end of the tunnel when you are 'in it' , would it help to talk a bit more about how you are feeling? I hope that this passes quickly for you and you feel better soon 🌈🙏🏻❤️
