Battle with Anxiety and Depression

Battling with anxiety and depression for almost 2 years now. And I think its getting worse. I’m taking zoloft but I think they are not working any more. Its so hard to live your life when you always overthink and always worrying about something.

I joined this group because I know I can share everything that I’m going through without being judge and I know you guys can understand me.

I am glad you are here. We all understand. My mind can get going with a thought or a problem and it is like a hamster on a wheel. I can relate to what you are saying. I know meds can stop working after a while. Perhaps you could share all of this with your doctor. Hopefully there is relief.

Thank you! Sometimes I just want to cry in the corner because I’m tired of dealing with having constant fear of unknown. I’m so glad I found this place. I know we’ll be fine.
