do you have a therapist that can help you work through your social anxiety....I am sorry your going through this....
Hi Anzal, I'm sorry you going through a hard time. You are not alone I think fear is the emotion I feel the most often and its tough. But I think there are things we can do to help. Have you thought about talking things through with a therapist, maybe something like CBT could help you understand why you think the way you do. I find chatting here helps too. Keep in touch x
