Help? How do I help everyone?

My daughter is using alcohol & pills. She also has a lot of mental illness issues. We were going to throw her out because she did not think she needed help, but she was continually stealing from me & my husband. I was told of a new recommendation for help & possibly a way for her to stay. She said that she would do it but I get the impression that she is not taking it seriously. I feel horrible. My husband is mad at me for suggesting this because he is getting walked over again. What do I do?

Is there a rehab program she can be placed in?

She did rehab. She did really great for a month and a half then relapsed. We tried to encourage her to go to meeting and therapy but she told us that she didn’t need it. I am now trying to get her into a community center where they can more closely monitor her. But my husband feels that it is a way for her to just walk all over him and that I am part of it. I just hope to this works.
