Normally, my days are unbearable with trying to manage my anxiety and depression. But its better today I just hope it stays the same. I know tomorrow is going to suck because I got work and one of the managers are micromanaging and expecting me to do a two person job by myself. But I seen my doctor and everything should get better now hopefully and i might pick up some yoga to see if that helps as well.
