Social fear
Hello Raesong1017!
All I know about social anxiety is that it involves an intense anxiety or irrational fear of being judged, negatively evaluated, or rejected in a social or performance situation. I googled that...it causes people to avoid social or performance situations and when a situation cannot be avoided, they experience extreme anxiety. You may have a rapid heart rate, sweating and nausea when anxious. Does this sound like you?

Have you looked it up on the internet? Your doctor can tell you for sure.
Social anxiety is the fear of people's judgement and trying to be one among them. Its a feeling where the person decides what the world is thinking and interprets comments negatively.
I strongly recommend making small group of friends and beginning to enjoy time spent with them. Slowly you can start going out with them and meeting others. If you are scared to,they will help you. Reveal your feelings to them and also avoid thinking about others. Make yourself more acceptable and fun to yourself.
Anti anxiety medication can also work. But insight is the best solution.
