I like to listen to positive affirmations, meditate and write down my feelings. One other thing I love doing is listening to podcasts on my iPhone. Exercise definitely helps me take out my anger. Tonight I looked up neediness and ways I can work on it. I find that to helpful and I write down the suggestions in my journal.
