Hello Taylor, well I have anxiety and one thing that helps me a lot is taking at least 5 minutes to sit in a room that is absolutely silent and focusing on my breathing. Taking deep breaths and releasing them. Focus on the silence of the room and clear your mind. It's a form of meditation, but it really soothes my mind when anxiety kicks in.
