This weekend I have been having a lot of anxiety which has caused body pain in my stomach and back and neck. Yesterday, I went back to the basics and did some meditation and journaling. I also listened to positive affirmations. All of these simple tools have definitely made me less anxious. My anxiety is still there but at a more acceptable level that I can acknowledge it and not let it bother me. Yay! To a good day
