it’s ok to feel that way, it’s important to remember the times where you feel better and more peaceable because it gives you a healthy mental foundation that troublesome days will pass and you’ll have strength in knowing when they do return, and they do, relief can and does happen.
Eating is just the hardest part. I’m not sure what to do. I feel hungry and want pizza but I’m scared it’ll mess up my stomach

No! My stomach has just been hurting but I think it’s from the anxiety. Because I have an appetite

This is irrational but I’m just scared it’ll make me sick. I’m hungry and want to eat but my anxiety is making my tummy hurt a little. I’m sure not eating doesn’t help. My stomach probably wants food
I understand. if you’re craving pizza try it. if you feel better eating something safer that you know won’t cause you any problems do that then. it’s important for your body and mind to eat. You’re doing great.

I started drinking Boost when I'm really anxious to ensure I'm getting all my nutrients. It's not the best stuff but it's easier than eating a meal sometimes, I can totally relate girl.

When the kids have pizza, I get the same way. I'm like ohhhh that looks and smells so good but will I freak out and have a panic attack if I eat it? The answer is probably yes. Technically it's fine though.

Maybe try a bite, see how you feel which I'm sure you'll feel ok, then go from there. Idk that's what I usually do. Especially with pizza. I always end up ok.
