Feeling desperate

I have just been getting through the day. My anxiety is so bad that I have to lie down and do deep breathing just to get through each panic attack. I'm on klonopin, visteral, propanalol, and Zoloft, but it helps very little. I just can't wait until bedtime when I can take my Ambien and Remeron and sleep. How do you survive?

How long have you been in these intense attacks? For me it flares up for a few months but then I start to be able to handle them better. One of your meds may be working against you. For me zoloft made my heart race. Also if you are taking vitamin b it can make your heart race. I’m on Lexapro and doing much better.

I’m on konopin, Zoloft etc but I take a konopin and within an hour I feel better. As someone else said exercise helps so you could try that to focus away from the panic attacks. I hope you feel better. 🌸🌸🌸🌸
