I can’t make it stop.

I have the doctors appointment set tomorrow for my stomach ultrasound to see if my gallbladder is the cause for the pain but on the other hand I’m feeling like it’s something with my esophagus and from what I found on google cancer popped up and I have a few of the symptoms but I’m not feeling like it’s that either? My doctor took blood but I have no idea if she did a complete blood count which she would find out that way if it’s cancer or not but that isn’t back yet.

I’m sobbing because I’m so scared at this point that it’s gonna be cancer since I’ve been feeling like there’s something stuck in my throat for months now and it won’t go away and I’m not sure what else it could be.

M mind won’t stop racing, I feel like I’m gonna pass out and throw up. I can’t make it go away ☹️

Hey. I understand the feeling of feeling stuck in a loop. Tell yourself. "Oh, there I go again. I am going in a loop of worry." That is not you. That is the anxiety, not it. Cry it out. Please let all that negative energy out in screams and tears. I am here to listen once you gotten it all out.

Nothing is set yet. Also, when we look up our symptoms in Google, it usually ends up making us feel worst. Remember, they are just symptoms, not who you are. I am here to help in anyway.

Hello!

Yes...please don’t let the “what ifs” drag you any further down into the pit! You don’t know what it is yet, so try very hard to let go of those thoughts and distract yourself with something positive going on in your life. I’m sorry!

I can relate aaj23.... I have real bad health anxiety & I do what we shouldn't do WebMD/google. It really does nothing but make our anxiety worse, we see cancer or something equally bad & that's what we believe we have. You have to trust in your doctor. I am sure they did a blood count, think it's a basic test they do when they do blood work... I would ask if you want to be sure. I've learn to be honest, ask questions, tell them your fears/questions. You'll be surprised how understanding they'll be. It's your health & they want the best for you. I hope everything goes okay tomorrow & you get some answers soon. Hugs

Hello your CBC won’t tell if you have cancer. There are indicators for instance your white blood cell count normal range is 4000 to 10000, if it were 15000 you may have an infection going on. You should make an appointment with an ent specialist they will put a flexible small camera in your nose and down your throat to see what’s going on. Or a Gastro Dr for a scope down your esophagus. Both prosecutors are very quick and painless. I think your having Globus hysteria an anxiety provoking condition that make you feel a lump in your throat it’s very common.

By the way I would stay as far away from Dr Google as possible. Most of what you find is BS and will scare you, you have Dr’s that know you and your Symptoms listen to them. John

You trust your doctor? Yes? Then just go along with their tests they feel you need. Accept that the doctor knows what they are doing. It’s going to be ok.
