I’m never happy lost my husband but I’ve been dealing with depression all my life Nothing !!! Brings me any joy
I’m on lexapro 10 Years Nothing dealing with 4 bulging disc in my low back and 5 in my neck
All from taking care of my 6”4 husband and I’m 4’11 I I ruined myself in the process of trying to help him have a beautiful 16-year-old daughter I need to take care of and I need to be strong for her and while I’m all she has now she stresses out about me it’s all too much

I'm sorry for your back problems....being in constant pain can be in itself very depressing. And teenagers....well....what can I say....we had 3 here all at once....but most do kind of grow up a bit and kind of move on with their lives. If your saying your daughter is worried about you...what could you do or say to tell her not to worry?...are you saying your husband has passed away?....if so I'm sorry for your loss....
Being in pain and having medical problems certainly must shadow your every day life. Sorry for all that you have been through plus the pain that you deal with now.
You are dealing with so much, no wonder you feel depressed. May by you can make a little things to relax, even for a few minutes a day.
Chronic pain is a huge stress. What helps you to deal with pain? How long you are on lexapro, it takes time to kick in: 2-3 weeks.
Hugs and support to you. You are very brave. I have a little pain: injured my leg, and feel all anxious about it, that it would never go away. You are brave and wonderful.
