What truth?

So just to be clear are you saying your self perception is actually more positive than your mind will allow you to feel? You deep down think you are a good person but your mind makes you see yourself more negatively? Because I know there are many people who see me as a good person and deep down I know I have a good heart but there are always voices reminding me of the past errors and present characteristic flaws I possess . Is that something you feel? I would like to help.
