Hi folks, I'm new around here. Anyone have any thoughts or advice for someone trying to survive in an extremely dysfunctional family?

Look into adult children of alcoholics and dysfunctional families, they have a lot of good books and phone meetings as well as in person meetings. Also look into family systems therapy, on YouTube Jerry Wise does great videos on dysfunctional families
