I’ve wrote a post like this before but just want to hear peoples stories on how they coped with their anxiety during pregnancy.
& is it normal to feel really on edge and nervous when you see a little baby/young child? I just can’t help but panic.. like I will have full responsibility of my little baby? And even though I’m over the moon.. I’m still proper panicky?

I’m sorry you’re feeling anxious though. That’s no fun. Keep reaching out to the community and to other people for help. As they say, it takes a village, so never feel like you’re alone.
Disclaimer: Never been pregnant myself, just trying to be a friend 😊
Yes, it is normal to have doubts when you are pregnant. I found it was helpful to talk to other pregnant and new moms. Also, check with your local school district to see if they have a "parents as teachers" program. It is a free informative program and also helps you find other new parent groups.
Start "arming" yourself with resources for after the baby is born so you know you will have help. Ask your OB, check out local community groups, church groups, even community college non-credit courses. The more knowledgeable you feel the less stress you will have.
Finally, as your due date approaches, try to arrange for some help for the initial weeks home with baby so you can get some sleep. It will help you heal and handle things better.
