Low self esteem

Hi Guys,

Have very low self esteem. Was just looking at prom pictures thinking 'wow, Im unattractive'. Feels pretty shit.

Feels like I was the most unattractive person there. Like theres something intrinsically wrong with me. I feel crushed rn.

I feel your pain but most people feel negative about themselves. Most people can say say 20 negative things about themselves but can barely think of one thing positive

I am so sorry you feel that way. I can guarantee that nothing is intrinsically wrong with you. Sometimes we are much too hard on ourselves. I bet you are a very neat person. But a question, are you seeing a therapist? If not I strongly suggest you start seeing a professional therapist. Perhaps you have underlined unresolved issues that cause you to feel negative about yourself. The therapist will help you resolve those issues.

Thanks for your help you legend. I do not yet see a therapist, but am considering seeing one in a few months.
