You can talk to me, to us. What you’re feeling is the angst of being human. Not always pleasant. Maybe a change is in the works. I recently learned a new concept, that we are birthing and birthing throughout life, newness hurts. Change hurts but it’s got to happen. This pain you are in is a signal for change.

Thank you...

It’s difficult to talk about it because I find it hard to express myself.

There’s a lot of big things happening in my life right now... I just became permanent (was interning) at my work, I’m studying part-time, my closest friend betrayed my trust and I have no one else to confide in,y family and I recently moved into a new house and I’m still adjusting to the neighborhood... there’s so many things happening and I feel I can’t keep track of my life. It’s moving too fast and it’s so hard to control it

hi slinkyyyy, I've started to write thought records and deesc scripts. I was in cognitive behavior therapy (CBT) for a few months, in which they gave me these resources. The deesc script really helped with my communication skills, because I was very passive. It helps with assertiveness and to state what you want. Here is a link where you can download the deesc script if you want. cogtoolz.com/pages/deesc-sc...

Thought records help me a lot, too. getselfhelp.co.uk/docs/Thou... I wish you the best.

Hi I really understand what you are saying as I am going through the same things. I have just lost contact with my best friend of 30 years and I feel totally alone. I joined this community today as a way to find some help. Please reply to my post if you want to talk more.
