Has anyone ever suffered from somatoform disease?

I have suffered somatoform disease pretty much all my life and i hate it. All my mental problems turn into a brutal physical form and it can last for months. Like if i slept wrong the physical pain in my mind will be a 10 and last for months. Then that stops and another somatoform resurfaces. I have no life but pain. I have a psychiatrist and meds but it doesn't work. Was thinking of going to cbt. Any help would be so appreciated. Thanks
