Lonely

I have had to move 2x since January. First with my oldest daughter, I was there for 3 months and now with my youngest. I feel so lonely. Both daughter's are very busy with their life. I am left alone most days and nights. There is really no communication between us other then being kept up to date on schedules and daily activities. I have successfully got a job this week and waiting to start next week. The anxiety is really getting to me. I call my sister daily. She has been very supportive..but it isn't enough. I know it will get better, but I am facing another weekend alone...

I'm sorry your going through such lonlyness....and congrates on your job...hopefully that will take up some of this time you have on your own....but was wondering if your suffereing from depression...and if so, do you go to therapy or are you on meds ?

Thank you, no therapy yet. I know I need to find someone to talk to, no insurance right now
