Does anyone ever have vision or feelings that just pop in your head?

Ok what I mean is, lately I keep seeing myself at the hospital. Like I have a feeling I'm a end up there. It's this feeling of fear that I'm a just end up in a hospital. I see it I feel it i even smell it. I am truthfully scared to end up back in the hospital. When I was younger I was in and out of hospitals. Could it be my anxiety, my mind playing tricks on me. I just hate the feeling. Does anyone else get this way?
