There are times my imagination causes me to feel disturbed but I remember ok it’s just a thought and they are just feelings. I have intrusive thoughts that are scary but I don’t think I’m going crazy.

I actually lost myself when I had psychosis from postpartum depression and another time I did things the real me wouldn’t do again I went into psychosis.

Im so sorry you are feeling bad. Thoughts are just thoughts and our minds play tricks sometimes. Whenever possible practice acknowledging them and then move on is best.

Thank you, do you think its psychosis?

No. Do you have a lot of intrusive unwanted thoughts? It might be obsessive compulsive disorder or it could be anxiety I really don’t know.

Hi everyone has wild irrational thoughts sometimes and it is completely normal. It's because we are human beings not computers! Stop worrying about this please. x

Thank you❤

Believe it or not I had this before I found out I had a food intolerance to gluten.... I would get so angry over nothing and then sit on the kitchen floor and cry. Not saying that that is it for you too, but I always tell people to look into food intolerances as a lot of people have no idea that this can be a symptom.

What other things are signs?

It’s different for everyone, but could be digestive issues, hives, or headaches. Another thing that was a symptom for me was bad muscle tension that caused my neck to ache. Just pay attention to how you feel after you eat something like gluten and if you notice a pattern try cutting it out for a week and see how you’re feeling. I hope you feel better soon

With me they are short bursts of irrational thoughts and anger, afterwards I feel a sense of relief

Yes, I feel like this a lot lately. It’s a scary feeling. But it isn’t 24/7. I like to take note of the times when I feel better.

There's a good lesson - people who go crazy do not know they are going crazy.

So whatever thoughts you have are just normal thoughts and probably inflated negative thoughts because of anger, mental state, depression, some recent bad event etc.

We consciously chose what thoughts to notice from all that mix we receive
