Hey happy your back here and taking medication but your not alone. self doubt is something you have to work on. I believe if you write down everything you do during your day, you will loose a lot of self doubt.
Hi, I understand how you feel. I feel alone too. I'm trying to break out of this. I think we can help each other by bouncing some ideas off each other.
