Not sure what to do

well it has been about 2 weeks since my wife moved out.... I am not sleeping well because I am so depressed. I work from late afternoon until 1 AM. I am not sure what to do. I have thought about OTC sleeping pills or go see PCP and see if doctor can give me something that would help with my depression or give me better sleep aide. Though I wish I have friend that I can count on or maybe have a nice talk with......... It sucks to be depressed.

yeah it is a crap disease....and it would not be a bad idea to get a mild sleep aid from your doctor if they thing that's going to help you...I would also ask them what they recommend to help you with your depression while your waiting for a counselling appointment...keep sharing here cause your sure in the right place...there are lots of guys here who can relate and just people in general are very nice...Read some posts too and you'll know your not the only one with this, your never alone here...and maybe you can get some ideas that may help you for now....
