Not sure what it is...

My eye sight has been really iffy. Like my brain is foggy and I'm having a hard time concentrating. Like im not sure what it is. My anxiety has been making me feel like im going to die soon. Like im sure i have not been diagnosed with something yet... what do i do for now

No i dont take anything for anxiety... i havent been to the eyedoctor and im feeling like my head is focused.. i dont excercise

I was told from my PCP that i had thyroid issues and vitamin d deficiency
