Would you maybe want to talk a little more about what kind of memories and feelings?

I have all these memories and feelings pop up from when I was a child, like if I smell something or see something it brings me back and I never had this before it happens all the time now. I also have memories and not sure if it was in a dream that I had or not.

Sorry if this is a stupid question or not but these memories that these triggers are taking you back to are they good memories or generally bad? You said you’ve never had this before has anything happened to you recently that was a significant event or trauma? I have issues with not knowing if something was a dream or it really happened when I’m extremely stressed out and having issues with sleep. It feels foggy and I have a hard time distinguishing if it was a dream or not. Are you having problems with sleep? Sorry if I’m asking too many questions I’m just trying to help and maybe if you talk through it it can shed a little more light on what’s going on.
