Stress and anxiety is taking over my life daily!

I’ve lived out of the country for 4 years. I started feeling out of control about 3 months ago and it is work related. I’m doing 10 departments jobs, translating, sending me last minute Work. I’m so stressed my face and neck feel numb. I got everything checked I’m fine. There is no English speaking doctors or help where I am. I need some help. Tried meditation, massage,you name it. I would appreciate anyone’s advice.
