Hi my name is Zachary, and i suffer from bipolar disorder, and sometimes it has me so depressed, i don't know what to do, someone help me please.

I know how you feel Zachary. Today I am having a very bad day. And I am just tired of all these meds. Do not know how much longer I can take this. But keep reaching out. Somewhere someone might help alot.

Thank you for your reply. Today is a better day. Went to the Dr yesterday - he took away some meds - thank heavens. In my photo it is my sweet princes - she is 10. We could not have kids at all, but the Lord blessed me with this amazing child. The pup she is holding is one of 100 I raised. I was a breeder. It was amazing and very fulfilling. Misses them soooo much. I tryly hope it is going well with you and that there is something in your day that is just amazing!!
