So depressed today

I feel so down today and my anxiety has kicked into full force

I never had this until a guy I was involved with ended our five year relationship and left me for another women

Now I feel like I’m afraid all the time

And that I will never be good enough for anyone else

He was the person I went to for everything and I feel so alone without him

I never felt like this before he ended things

I'm sorry no one picked up on this post the first time around chris...but I hope you got some good advice on your current one...you have a lot of good support here....some are not quite so clear, but their intent was probably on the right side....
