The power of the mind is an amazing process. Starting with repetitive training and discipline. Reversing the effects of stress/anxiety at a moment's notice is what our goal should be. Acceptance comes into play as the basis of calm and tranquility. We can't proceed if we fear the unknown. We must know that we are stronger than that. Our minds control the reaction of our body. Deep Breathing is a method that must be taught to ourselves. . No one else can do it for us. We are given the tools in life and can only be given relief when these tools are ready to be used at a moment's notice. Embrace the fear, take control and breathe. You are your own 'safety zone' deep within your mind. You are safe. You are never alone xx
Totally my reality at the moment, I train the mind and brain in the morning for 2 hours and 2 hours before I sleep. People need to realise if you dont do the work on yourself nothing will change. I use Meditation, self hypnosis, relaxation methods. and more daily it works. But you,ve got to put the work in !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! And sitting with nature watching the birds, and animals, Appreciate tree,s, plants, river,s, lakes. the sun, wind, rain, And people. People watching is very educational. Do hobbys, gardening, decorate, paint, DIY it takes your mind of yourself and gives enjoyment and satisfaction and you feel better about yourself, take intrest in people make friends talk to people. I know this is hard when you are at the bottom in dispare, but just try one little thing and slowly progress, It works This what I do now.
