Loneliness is a sign you are human. We all feel it, even surrounded by friends. Don’t beat yourself up about it or let it take you to a dark place. It’s just a signal for survival, to always have a support system in place. And you do. We are here for you. The world is full of loving kindness!! Not just misery and injustice. Seek and you will find. So be aware of what you seek. Always be there for your friends. The most beautiful thing you can be is your authentic self. No one wants a friend who is perfect. Everyone wants a friend who can relate to their pain and struggles. It’s such a lovely impulse to come forward as you did above, to shine light on your pain and ask for help. You’re on the right path. Your early twenties are a sustained and aggressive growth spurt!! Hang on and put good things in that mind of yours. You are becoming. You are finding your power and your strengths. In all that you do, infuse it with honesty, vulnerability, authenticity, creativity and good intentions. All this good will come back to you times ten. Take risks, find love, keep your self-respect intact. The friendships you make now will last for decades. Find your tribe, those going upward, those looking for wisdom and grace. It’s so easy to dip into darkness and self-pity. Don’t align yourself with that. Mimic what successful people do. They work on self-control, discipline, helping others, self-care, nutrition, health, art, creativity, bringing their best self out into the world to liberate others!! You are a flower opening in the sun. Soak up the light and rest deeply at night. Without reaching deep REM sleep, your body can’t make growth hormone and that effects everything. All the best to you!!
Wow.... I have no words to thank you haha. It is kind of like you read my mind. Everytime I Felt that way was because some "dark vibes" caught me and just drowned me into it.
You´re so right in the way you Think of doing everything with honesty and good intentions. I am going to Start thinking about that every time those bad thoughts come to my mind.
You knew this all along. It was within you all this time. Shine light on the darkness and it disappears. Help others who are still fumbling in their caves. Emerge, renew and commit yourself to a full, rich life full of love and empowerment. Look for your strengths and nurture them. Use your unique gifts to see your highest self be born. Sending you so many blessings!!
You are asking some good questions. All this is a process. There are steps and they can’t really be skipped. Some things you just know. When you were a kid, what made you the happiest? Music, pets, family, art, learning, nature, dance, science, religion, friends? Get acquainted with what really drives you. If there were one cause you could devote yourself to, what would it be? Who or what would you fight to save? You have a mission. To find your highest skill, that you are good at, that feeds your soul, that makes someone’s life better. The more beings you help, the more successful you will become. Whatever you do, however small you think it is, do it well!! What is your unique gift? It can be anything. Build on that. Get one client, one customer and treat them like gold and make your intention to serve them honestly and beautifully with your product or service. The word will spread. Or you can make a home for your family and fill it with peace and love. The stability and nurturing you provide will reverberate throughout the world and into time and space. Start with intention. Follow with insight. Build up your teachers, read and follow your interests. I find I have so many interests that it’s hard to pursue them all. But deep fulfillment comes from helping others. It’s what we’re here for.
