Hi, I’m taking multi-vitamins every day, including 500 mg of magnesium. When i start feeling anxious, I will drink a cup of Kava tea. Essential oils like lavender can help. Also tried an herbal supplement with ashwaganda called Stress Guard that seems to help, too. Other strategies like guided meditation and breathing have helped me, too. And learning to think about my anxiety differently by accepting it and not fighting against it...
Thank you, Chica. I appreciate your response. I bought some Ashwaghanda root the other day. I am really hoping that this supplements will help. I've read about the benefits and it seems promising.
