Looking for help

Very glad to find this group. I've struggled with depression for the past few months for really the first time in my life and I have had a really hard time talking with my family and friends about it. To make things worse we recently lost our health insurance making getting professional help quite difficult. Looking for help or suggestions on how to get treatment and simple things I can do in my day to day life to stay positive!

I exercise regularly. I found trying to be helpful here on the forums helps. I have not been very helpful lately. I am entering the dark night again. Depression is a cruel cruel monster.

Thank you. The worse part of depression is the solitude it envelopes you in.

I understand and so do the many people on the forum who are in the depth of depression as well. You're never alone my friend.
