Anyone suffering from fatigue and weak myscles

I suffer with fatigue a lot.

It’s awful. Anything I do I then have to rest.

I have learnt to better manage it and now I make sure I allocate time for rest in each thing I do...it helps a little.

I kinda feel weak all over at times...not certain my hands feel any weaker than the rest of me..

Maybe chat to your dr about it, it would reassure you at least....x

i have i started getting really bad migranes i think its cause of my irregular sleep schedule but id just start drinking more water and exercising to combat this, also take vitamins and eat cleaner
